1. About Us

Tailored Floor Specialists provide professional flooring installation, replacement, and related services across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 4 weeks from the date issued.
Prices may change if materials increase in cost or if the quote expires before acceptance.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or enquiry.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payments

A deposit of 80% is required to secure an installation date.
Remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If final payment is not made within 7 working days, additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Once a job is booked and the deposit is paid, the installation date is considered confirmed.

5. Additional Work & Unseen Issues

Any extra work required due to issues not visible, disclosed, or detectable at the time of quotation may incur additional charges.
We will inform you before any such work is carried out.

6. Materials

Unless stated otherwise, we supply all required flooring materials.
If you choose to supply your own materials, we accept no responsibility for delays or faults caused by them.

7. Site Access & Preparation

Clients must ensure clear access to the premises and that rooms are ready for installation unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty

Standard workmanship warranty: 2 years.
A lifetime guarantee is available (terms apply).
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or issues caused by client-supplied materials.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing structural or subfloor issues
Damage caused by incorrect room preparation
Issues arising from third-party products or services
Losses caused by delays outside our control

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
